Abstract
Objective:To review the etiology of patients with FUO.Methods：clinical data of 522 cases with FUO were analyzed and compared.Results：The final diagnosis encountered were：Infections （46.6％），collagen vascular diseases（15.3％），neopla sms（13.8％），and other diagnosis（3.6％）。20.7％of the cases remained without a final diagnosis. Conclusion：Infections diseases were the commonest causes of FUO followed by collagen vascular diseases and neoplasms .The spectrum of FUO is changing after 1990s.The proportion of patients in whom no diagnosis can be made is growing.关键词
