两种乳化技术制备的爱普列特微球的特性研究
Characteristics of Epristeride Microspheres with Two Emulsifying Preparation Methods

Abstract
AIM:To develop epristeride control release microspheres and to assess the characteristics of epristeride microspheres, which were prepared by two ways. METHOD: Epristeride microsperes were prepared using a water-in-oil-in-water double emulsion technique and a oil-in-water emulsion technique by treatment of key of a minimal amount of PVA and NaCl, and were determined with bulk density, particle size, specific surface area, moisture content and dissolution. RESULT: Different preparations bring about difference in the characteristics of epristeride microspheres. CONCLUSION: High porous microsphere and low porous microsphere can be manufactured by treatment of key of PVA and NaCl in previous two ways respectively.关键词
