摘要

Abstract

A flocculant-producing bacterial which has high flocculating activity was obtained from activated sludge by screening.Culture conditions which affected the flocculating activity of the bacterial culture are studied. The results indicate that the highest flocculating activity are attained after 120h cultivation at 30℃ with initial medium pH 7.5-9 and proper aeration. The highest flocculating rate against bentonite suspension is 90.2%.
