Abstract
Through the IRP/DSM project, Shengli oil field treated the electric net and terminal users as two parts that cannot be separated according to the difference of the electric net and the terminal users of the oil field. They were planed as awhole, carried out step by step. Some questions are analyzed, imagines and suggestions are given.关键词
