摘要
Abstract
In order to study the cellular response induced by immunization with the DNA plasmid (pBK/p22)encoding the P22 protein of Toxoplasma gondii in mice. After 5 weeks of vaccination,the proliferation activity of spleen T lymphcytes was dectect by MTT assay and the number of CD+4/CD+8 by indirect immunofluorescent assay. The results of MTT assays had no significant difference among pBK/P22 group,pBK-CMV empty plasmid group and NS control group(P>0. 05). The number of CD+4T cells shows no obvious increase compared with pBK-CMV and NS groups(P>0. 05). However,CD+8T cell was significant increased (P<0.01) and the value of CD+4/CD+8 was decreased.关键词
