摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the selection and effect of treatment ofpilon fracture of tibia. Methods A retrospec-tive analysis was done for the 21 patients admitted to our department from september 2004 to september 2007 for pilon fracture of tibia and treated with limited internal fixation and external fixator operation with average follow-up 18 months after operation. Results The effects of operation with Mazur ankle functional evaluation standard system were good in 5 cases,better in 12 cases,approve in 4 cases with the fineness rate of 80.9%. Conclusion To apply the opertation ofextemal fixator and limited internal fixation for treating pilon fracture of tibia can gain better effect and decrease complication in-cidence.,关键词
