Abstract
A cross-beam is an important link member, which is a link between the working device Z-bar linkage and the boom of a wheeled loader. The moving relationship of the linkage is so complicated that the interference between the boom and the cross-beam is often occurred during the manual design of the working device. Using CAD and visualization techniques, this paper took a ZL50 wheeled loader as an example, the interference zone and the maximum value of the interference were determined automatically, and two practical methods for solving the interference were presented. One method is to modify the dimension of the cross-beam, and the other is to modify the dimension of the rocker arm. The two methods are all of available. As the former method has the advantage over the latter one, it is finally adopted in practice.关键词
