摘要
Abstract
A fractal and wavelet transform based image coding scheme is presented in this paper. The performance of wavelet base used in image coding is examined. The coding time is reduced greatly by using PCC clustering algorithm, taking advantage of nearest- neighbor correlation and threshold of matching error.关键词
