Hydro Project Construction and Management in China
摘要
Abstract
Since the People＇s Republic of China was founded, the hydro project construction has developed rapidly, and the remarkable achievements have been obtained. The hydro project management is being standardized, modernized, and implemented according to the laws progressively. However, there are three main problems in the fields of hydro project construction and management as follows. (1) Many built hydro projects can not meet the requirements of flood control and benefit promotion because of their low standards and poor quality; (2) Ignoring of hydro project management for a long time has led to backward management means and low technical level, and influenced the construction and benefits of hydro projects; (3) The hydro project construction can not meet the requirements of the national economy, social and environment development. In view of above problems, 15 key techniques have been raised, including: (1) Seepage control techniques for dike and dam foundation with deep overburden; (2) Study of mechanism, forecast and treatment measures of dike collapse; (3) Study of ageing and defects of hydro projects; and (4) Monitoring techniques for hydro projects, etc..关键词
