Abstract
This paper introduces the proposal on the disposal of Geostationary orbit (GEO) space debris recommended by the Inter-Agency Space Debris Coordination Committee (IADC), which has been submitted to the 37th session of the Scientific and Technica1 Subcommittee of the United Nations (UN) Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space. The paper describes the concepts of GEO and GEO ring, the situation of GEO objects, the strategy for GEO disposal and the specific measures for disposal of GEO space debris.关键词
