Abstract
NMR spectroscopy was used to study a potential antibacterial agent, 1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(4-phenylacetylamino-thiocarbamoyl-1-piperazinyl)-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid. The 1 H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of the compound were assigned using 1 H-1 H COSY, gHMBC and attached proton test (APT) experiments. 关键词
