Abstract
Gene chip technology is a high and new technology stem form multidisciplinary approach. Gene chip technology has characteristics of precision, celerity and big capacity. Its application was more and more extensive on food research and assay. It was briefly reviewed about basic principles and main component. The discussions were focused on the current status and perspectives on the applications ofgene chip on food research and assay.关键词
