PRK治疗较高度数散光的疗效分析
Curative effect of photorefractive keratectomy on moderate and high astigmatism

Abstract
Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of photorefractive keratectomy（PRK）on moderate and highter myopic astigmatism．Methods：PRK was performed on 73 cases of astigmatism≥2．0 D with Japanese NIDEK EC-5000 Model excimer laser instrument．These caseds were divided into two groups according to the diopters of astigmatism：①range from 2 D to 3 D；from 3 D to 4．5 D．The post-operative visual acuity was observed．Results：After operation，the average uncorrected visual acuity for group（1）and （2）was 1．036±0．276 and 1．006±0．239，respectively，the uncorrected visual acuity≥BCVA for groups（1） and （2）was 85．2％ and 100％，respectively；≥1．0 was 74％ and 68．4％ respectively，and≥0．8 was 88．9％ and 89．5％，respectively．Conclusion：For moderate and higher astigmatism，PRK provides better accuracy and predication．关键词
