From GT to Mass-Customization
摘要
Abstract
In the view of that personalized products will be as the mainrequirements of market in the information age,this paper discusses the necessity to create a mass-customization production model,lists some examples for explaining the problems occured in GT implementation in Chinese manufacturing industry in the 60～70s of the 20th century.It is pointed out that these problems will be solved by the mass-customization production.In addition,the paper also proposes that the mass-customization production model should be consisted of modularization of product design,specialization of manufacturing,netshaped production organization and management,and finally the companies will move toward to be virtual corporations for agile manufacturing.关键词
