摘要
Abstract
Bidding for project construction supervision is of a new business. Based on the bidding practice in supervision of Shanxi reservoir project, some problems needing attention in a bidding process are expounded. Firstly, a capable and experienced bidding group should be organized, which is the basic guarantee for the bidding work to be smoothly carried out. Secondly, bidding documents should be well formulated, which is the key to a successful bidding . A good document of bidding for supervision should be a supervising outline characterized by correct understanding of documents of inviting bids, sufficient comprehension of the owner's intention, overall response to requirements in documents of inviting bids, and by enabling to reflect the management level and technical superiorities of the unit to bid for supervision with a reasonable quoted price. The whole bidding process and some problems needing attention in formulating bidding documents are presented.关键词
