Psychosocial characterization of patients with peptic ulcer
摘要
Abstract
Objective The study was designed to explore psychosocialcharacteristic of patients with peptic ulcer.Method 60 patients with peptic ulcer and 60 normal controls were evaluated with symptom checklist 90,social support rating scale,defense styles questionnaire,thematic apperception test.Result The results of test and correlation statistics showed that the default of psychological difense styles,personality,social support system etc.were risk factors of peptic ulcer.Conclusion Psychosocial factors have great influence upon peptic ulcer.It will be one of treatment and preventive measures to intervent these patients psychologically.关键词
