摘要
Abstract
The paper illustrates the typical variations of the direct-drive permanent magnet linear actuators and introduces two types of position control; a PI controller and a fuzzy controller. They respectively have their own advantages and disadvantages. The experiment have shown that the PI controller has better repeatability, while the fuzzy logic controller has smaller cumulative position square-error which can lead to a high positional accuracy.关键词
