摘要
Abstract
A new diterpenoid, 19-methoxy-scalarin, was isolated from marine sponge Hyrtios erectus. Its structure was determined by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy. In combination with the "excitation sculpting" technique, 1D GOESY was used for its configuration determination. The experimental results show that, compared to the commonly used NOE difference method, 1D GOESY provides a more direct and easy way for configuration determination.关键词
