摘要
Abstract
Highly alkaline magnesium naphthenate is a cleanser for lubricating oil, and the preparation process of it was studied. The process consists of neutralization, overbasing, carbonation, heat decomposition, stabilization, and so on. Total base number of the product may be up to 350~580mg KOH/g, and its kinematic viscosity at 100℃ is 50~150mm2/s. The influences of the mixing ratio of raw materials and various operating factors on the yield and quality of the product were studied. The optimum preparation flow diagram and operating conditions were found out.关键词
