摘要
Abstract
The methods of fatigue crack initiation life p redictions under complex load are introduced in this paper． On the basis of the experimental results and theoretical analysis， a damage formula about the difference of plastic strain and elastic strain is put forward． The life prediction results with this formul a are compared to those with other five formulas． The experimental results and the theoretical analysis results indicate that the life prediction results with the damage formula are better than ones with other damage formulas． If the corr ection of mean stresses are considered， the precision is further improved． Bec ause the damage formula is sensitive to different load spectrums， its applicabi lity to different load spectrums is still to be inquired. The life prediction program under complex load is worked out． It s applicability is strong． It considers the influence of mean stresses and resi dual stresses． So the program may be directly applied to engineering practice.关键词
