摘要
Abstract
This paper first analyzes the distortions and aftermath of the marketable allocation of medical resources in China, then discusses the two directions for further reform of health sector, that is, restructure and corporation of public medical services. On the one hand, public health resources must flow to the unmarketable place under the guideline of government through fiscal resources, and on the other, institutional reform must be advanced in public medical services in order to make them to become the independent corporate organization.关键词
