摘要
Abstract
Immobilized enzyme with high Stability was prepared by using molecular sieve as the carriers. Under the optimum reaction conditions ,using liquefied starch as substrate (ω=30%~33%,DE=13%~17%),the immobilized enzyme can continuously produce syrup of DE value above 95 and more than 93% of glucose for 30 days through adjusting the flow rate and temperature. The product can be use to produce crystalline dextrose.关键词
