米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止15～20周妊娠的临床观察
Clinical observation on termination of pregnancy between the 15th and 20th week by Mifepristone and Misoprostol
摘要
Abstract
Objective：To research the effect of Mifepristone and misoprostol on termination of pregnancy between the 15th and 20th week．Method：105 cases，who are suitable to the condition of the termination．of pregnancy，were divided into group A （60 cases） and group B （45 cases）．The person in gronp A，take 150mg mifepnstone，take 150 mg misoprostol after 48 hours．In group B （control），were injected，rivanol in aminiotion．Result：All the 60 cases in gronp A，54 of them are complete abortion．5 of them are incomplete．abortion，one of them is failed．Those （45 cases） in gronp B 35 are complebe，8 are incomplete 2 of them are failed Conclusion：Its safe effective，and convinent with few complications using，mifepristone and misoprostol．on the termination．of pregnancy between the 15th and 20th week．关键词
