摘要
Abstract
Objective Comparing efficacy and safety between insulin lispro combined with insulin glargine and insulin pump in the intensified therapy of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The patients with type 2 diabetic were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in group A were given insulin lispro combined with insulin glargine before meals, and the patients in group B received insulin pump therapy by infusing insulin lispro. The changes of blood glucose spectrum in two groups were monitored before and after treatment the whole day, and the time and the insulin dosage of glucose up to grade, incidence of hypoglycemia and so on in two groups were observed and compared. Results There were no significant differences in the time and the insulin dosage of glucose up to grade, the incidence of hypoglycemia and so on between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The curative effect and safety of insulin lispro combined with insulin glargine on patients with type 2 diabetes were close to those of insulin pump, while has a certain advantage in treatment costs.关键词
