Abstract
Cleft lip is one of the common diseases in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and children with cleft lip should be treated by cleft lip repair, mostly operation in infan-cy. The management of airway plays an important role in safety of surgery. Pay attention to the prevention of preoperative re-spiratory infection, intraoperative hypoxia and airway edema, postoperative respiratory depression and respiratory complica-tions such as laryngeal spasm, We can effectively prevent the occurrence of accidents and complications in anesthesia and improve surgical safety.关键词
