糖皮质激素治疗三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎患者外周血淋巴细胞基因表达谱研究
Gene expression research of peripheral blood lymphocytes of DMLT patients treated with Glucocorticoid
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the gene expression of the Trichloroethylene induced medicamentosa-like dermatitis (DMLT) before and after Glucocorticoid treated. [Methods] The total RNAs were extracted and purified from peripheral blood lymphocytes of one Trichloroethylene induced medicamentosa-like dermatitis patient before and after Glucocorticoid treated to synthesize cRNA. Then cRNA were labeled to hybridize with the Agilent human 1B 60mer oligonucleotide microarray. [Results] In the 20173 genes tested, 1016 genes were found expressed differentially, of these genes, 618 genes were up-regulated while 398 genes were down-regulated, and 52 genes were related with immunity and defense. [Conclusion] 52 genes related with immunity and defense may have a correlation with DMLT.关键词
