Study on the Condition of the Capsule Forming of Cryptococcus Neoformans
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research the condition of the capsule in-vitro forming of Cryptococcus neoformans,providing a simple,safe,low-cost,elective experimental method for experimental teaching.Method:With the method of tube cultivation,maltose which take the place of the glucose was used to make the culture medium,rabbit's serum and (or) Vitamin B1 was added to the culture medium,to observe the forming of the capsule of Cryptococeus neoformans in different culture medium.Result:The capsule of Cryptococcus neoformans grew best in the culture medium which made up of 1.4 mL 6% maltose + 0.4 mL rabbit's serum +0.2 mL Vitamin B1 cultivated for four days.Conclusions:Cryptococcus neoformans can form typical capsule in the culture medium which made up of 1.4 mL 6% maltose +0.4 mL rabbit's serum +0.2 mL Vitamin B1.关键词
