摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method of determining serum vancomycin in human by RP - HPLC. Methods Separation was car-ried out on a Shimadzu Shim -pack VP -ODS column, the mobile phase consisted of methanol, acetonitrile and buffer ( 6.5:8.5:85 ),flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 , UV detector wavelength was 236 nm. Norvancomycin was used as internal standard. Results A good lineari-ty was demonstrated between 1-100 mg·L-1 by linear equation y =24.09x - 0.08 (n=7,γ= 0.9993 ). The intra - day and inter - day deviation was showed by RSD < 10%. Consulsion The method is val-idated for determination of serum vancomyc in clinical practice.关键词
