Abstract
AIM: To develop a ion pair liquid chromatographic method for specific HPLC determination of metformin hydrochloride. METHODS: Acidified samples of plasma were deproteinated with acetonitrile, washed with at 234 nm. RESULTS: The retention time of metformin hydrochloride and the internal standard was eluted 7.1 and 4.8recovery of metformin hydrochloride and the internal standard was greater than 95 %. The detection limit and limit of CLUSION: This method is suitable for therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical investigation of metformin hydrochloride.关键词
