摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the immunologic status o the patients with ovarian epithelial carcinoma (OEC) after chemotherapy and treatment of highly agglutinative staphylococcin(HASL).Methods:Flow Cytometry was used to determine the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell activity in 36 cases with OEC before chemotherapy and after chemotherapy、21 cases with OEC after treatment of HASL and 20 cases of benign ovarian tumors.Controled by 30 nomal women.Results:The percentages of CD8 cells increased while those of CD3、CD4 cells CD4/CD8 levels reduced as compared with those of benign groups,the NK cell activity is also decreased in the patients with OEC.The CD4/CD8 levels and NK cell activity were lower in the patients with OEC after chemotherapy than those of the untreated patients,The CD4/CD8 levels and NK activity were higher significantly in the patients with both chemotherapy and treatment of HASL than those of patients with chemotherapy alone.Conclusions:The findings suggested immunologic function in the patients with ovarian epthelial.Carcinoma is depressed,the immunologic function of the patients after chemotherapy is decreased.The highly agglulinative staphylococcin can effectively enhance the immunologic function.关键词
