摘要
Abstract
One virus isolate was obtained from a chicken flock with high morbidity and mortality.The isolate was confirmed as Newcastle disease virus.The biological tests proved it as a virulent strain,but the HA titers were as high as 28～10.The HN gene of the isolate was amplified by the Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR)technique using a pair of specific primers.Then the whole HN gene was sequenced and the amino acid sequence was obtained from it.关键词
