白颖苔草抗病毒药用价值的初步研究
Investigation of the antiviral activity and medicinal value of Carex rigescens
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the antiviral effect of different parts of Carex rigescens obtained in different months. Methods: The anfiviral effect of the fresh juice of the above-ground and under-ground parts of the herbs obtained in March,the acetone extract of the above-ground and under-ground parts of the dry herbs obtained in March,the acetone extract of the dry herbs obtained in March,May,June,July and November are explored in the model of HSV-1-HEK293. Results:The therapeutic indexes of the fresh juice of the above-ground and under-ground part of the Cares rigeseens obtained in March are 427.56 and 537.45;the therapeutic indexes of the acetone extract of the above-ground and under-ground parts of the dry Carex rigescens obtained in April are 48.50 and 76.11 ;the acetone extract of the dry Cares rigescens obtained in March,May,June,July and November are 79.34,89.26,58.08, 32.67 and 64.89 respectively. Conclusion:Both of the above-ground part and the under-ground part of the Carex rigescens obtained from March to November have the antiviral effect.关键词
