Abstract
Objective To study the changes of Ob gene expression, blood lipids, tumout necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) after massive lipectomy. Method Paired grouping experiment method was adopted. Result Ob gene expression level decreases ( P＜0.05) in the study group, but remains unchanged (P＞0.1) in the control group. TG in both groups unchanged(P＞0.05). Serum TC in control group decrease (P＜0.02), unchanged in the operated group(P＞0.05). TNF-αin both groups remain unchanged (P＞0.1). Conclusion Massive lipectomy causes Ob gene expression level decrease, thus causes the withdrawing of leptin. It does no good on appetite inhibiting. Massive lipectomy does good to decrease blood lipids such as TG with no obvious affect to TC. TNF-αdoesn't affect the production of leptin permanently after massive lipectomy.关键词
