摘要

Abstract

In the operation of practical power system,the power output of some machine-group is restricted. A unit commitment model considering power constraints of machine-group is presented in this paper. The model is translated into a two-level single object decision-making problem with leader-follower strategy with no relation between lower levels. The leader problem is a classical unit commitment problem, while the aim of the lower problems is to minimize the modified-quantity of utmost output value of the generators. The coordinating algorithm of lead-problem and lower problems isput forward. The effectiveness and practicability of this approach are proved by the experience of applying the approach to Jilin power system.
