Abstract
[Objective] To study changes in activities of γ-glutamyltransferase (γ-GT), ATPase, NO, cNOS and DNA content in spermatogenic cells of testes of mice treated with endosulfan. [Methods] Forty healthy KM male mice were divided randomly into: control group, low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group. They were orally fed daily with 0, 1,75, 3.5 and 7.0 mg of endosulfan per kg respectively for two weeks. DNA content and the activities of γ-GT, ATPase, NO and cNOS of spermatogenic cells in mice testes were determined by diphenylamine reaction and through colorimetry, respectively. [Results]During the whole experimental period, testes and epididymides weight of high dose group was significantly different from the control group. The γ-GT, NO and cNOS activities and DNA content of endosulfan-treated groups increased significantly with the dose of endosulfan compared with the control group, but Na+K+-ATPase and Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase activities decreased significantly.[Conclusion] Endosulfan might induce changed of a series enzymes and DNA segmentation associate to apodosis, strongly indicate apoptosis of spermatogenic cells in mouse testis.关键词
