人工湿地污水处理对三种植物幼苗叶绿素荧光特性的影响
Effect of wastewater treatment on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in leaves of seedlings of three plant species in constructed wetland

Abstract
In order to study the effects of wastewater on photosynthetic reaction mechanism in leaves of plant seedlings in constructed wetland, Coix aquatics Roxb., Crinum asiatieum and Hymenocallis Americana were irrigated with effluent in simulative constructed wetland, and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of three plant seedlings in constructed wetland and terrestrial natural environment were measured by using a portable PAM-2000 fluorometer. The results showed that, compared with the plant seedlings grown in natural environment, the maximal photochemical efficiency of PS II in the dark (Fv/Fm) in leaves of the three species was decreased significantly in constructed wetland. Simultaneously, compared to that in terrestrial natural environment, the values of photochemical quenching (qP), minimal fluorescence (Fo) and maximal fluorescence (Fm) in leaves in constructed wetland were decreased significantly, while the values of non-photochemical quenching (qN) were increased obviously. Therefore, the PS II reaction center and functions in leaves of plant seedlings were inhibited under the constructed wetland condition, which weakened the light energy utilization and transformation capability and absorbed light energy was dissipated through heat energy mostly. Moreover, the fluorescence parameters were different among the three plant species, the Fo, Fro, Fv/Fm, qP, and qN for Hymenocallis Americana in the constructed wetland were the highest, and the decreased or increased extents of them for Hymenocallis Americana was the lowest. Among the three species, Hymenocallis Americana was more tolerant than the others in the constructed wetland.关键词
