Abstract
GIS has powerful function of spatial analysis with a great efficient in managing real estate．This paper introduces a technique of building GIS in the campus real estate management with the ArcView as well as the technique of publishing map information in internet by using MapObjects IMS，and discusses the application of CIS in the real estate administration．关键词
