摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of blood glucose and HbAlc combined with lactate dehydrogenase in acute stroke patients.Methods:50 patients hospitalized with acute stroke were divided into different groups by types of stroke and FBS with HbAlc.ESS scores,blood pressure,fast blood glucose,HbAlc,serum lipids,LDH and percentage of neutrophil were also measured.Results:Compared with iscbemic strokes,ESS scores were significantly lower in hemorrhagic strokes,but the level of LDH and the incidence of the high percentage of neutrophil were higher(P<0.05).ESS score in cases of hyperglycaemia without DM was significantly lower than that in normal FBS(P<0.01) and hyperglycacmia with DM (P<0.05).The level of LDH and the incidence of the high percentage of neutrophil in cases of hyperglycaemia without DM were higher than throe in normal FBS(P<0.01)and hyperglycsemia with DM(P<0.05).Conclusions:The results suggest that acute stroke patients who have hyperglycsemia with normal HbAlc have higher levels of LDH and more critical conditions.关键词
