Study on lithium fast ion conductors of Li3x La0.67-x Fey Ti1-2yNby O3 system
摘要
Abstract
Perovskite- type lithium fast ion conductors of Li3x La0.67-x Fe, Ti1-2, Nb2 O3 system were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction. X - ray powder diffraction shows that perovskite solid solution was formed in the ranges of x =0.10, y ≤0.10. AC impedance measurements indicate that the bulk conductivities and the total conductivities are of theorder of 10-4 S@ cm-1 and 10-5 S@ cm-1 at room temperature respectively. The compositions have low activation energies ofabout 18 k J/mol in the temperature ranges of 298 - 523 K.关键词
