痰液诱导法在支气管哮喘患儿痰液细胞分析中的应用
Application of sputum induction in the analysis of sputum cells in children with bronchial asthma
摘要
Abstract
Aim：To examine the application of the sputum induction in the analysis of sputum cells of children with bronchial asthma．Methods： Sixty children with asthma were divided into 2 groups:acute exacerbation group(34) and remission group(26) with 25 healthy children as control group.The sputum were collected by inhaling hypersonic saline．After the Wright′stain the total cell count and inflammatory cells were made．Results： The decline of PEF between 3 groups had no significant differences．The levels of the total cell count（TCC），eosinophil（E0），neutrophil（N）in the group of children with acute exacerbation of asthma were significantly higher than those in the group at recovery stage of asthma and control group． Conclusion：The sputum induction is convenient，safe and accurate．There is a clinical significance in analysing the sputum cells of children with asthma by the sputum induction．关键词
