为研究液氨处理对汉麻性能的影响,本文将预处理后的纤维浸入液氨中,对比液氨处理前后汉麻纤维染色性能和其它性能的变化.发现汉麻纤维的木质素和果胶的含量对其染色性能有影响,特别果胶的影响最为显著;麻纤维均存在染色困难的问题,但不同的麻纤维的染色性也不完全相同,苎麻纤维的染色性略好于汉麻纤维;液氨处理有利于提高麻纤维的染色性,但去氨方式的不同,对麻纤维的染色性能的提高程度也有所不同,水洗去氨要好于烘燥去氨;随着液氨处理时间的延长,汉麻纤维的回潮率不断升高…查看全部>>

In order to investigate the infection of liquid ammonia processing, hemp fiber after pretreatment was dip into liquid ammonia and the contrast was -made. It was found that the content of lignin and pectin of hemp effect the performance of dying, especially the pectin. It's hard to dye for Hemp fiber.
