银屑病病人外周血及皮损组织T细胞亚群及IL-2R的变化

Abstract
Objective To explain the changes of T lymphocyte subpopulation and IL-2R in tissue and peripheral blood of psoriasis patients and the relation between them and psoriatic lesion. Methods The T lymphocyte subpopulation and sIL-2R of peripheral blood in 57 patients with psoriasis were determined by using APAAP and ELISA methods.The expression of CD+4,CD+8,CD+25 in 37 psoratic lesion and non-psoratic lesion,and 20 normal tissues were determined by ABC method. Results The levels of peripheral blood CD+4, CD+4/CD+8 were lower,sIL-2R and CD+8 were higher in the patients than those in the control (t=7.92-22.16,P<0.01);The changes of CD+4, CD+4/CD+8,sIL-2R in developing stage were more significant than that in the static stage (t=5.47-6.95, P<0.01).The expression of CD+4,CD+8,CD+25 was higher in psoriatic lesion than that in non-psoriatic lesion and normal tissues(t=7.11-17.36,P<0.01),and the indicators were more significant in developing stage than that in static stage (t=2.22-4.51, P<0.05). Conclusion psoriatic lesion formation might be related to the activation of T lymphocyte in the local skin .关键词
