Analysis and preventionon blood donation adverse reaction of bIood donors on mobile blood colleoting vehioles
摘要
Abstract
Objective Take specific measures to prevent and reduce the occuring of blood donation adverse reaction by discussting the reasons and clinical expression of blood donation reaction to blood donors in mobi le blood collecting.Methods Investigate and recod the influence factors of blood donation adverse reaction in mobile blood collecting in ZhongShan city from January to December in 2007.Rusuls The investigating show that incidence rate of volunteer blood donation adverse reaction is 0.94%(248/26 276).The primaly reason is psychentonia and the influence from others,postreiorly is overtoil,undersleeping,limosis,environmental factor,etc.Conclusions Effectively prevent or reduce the occuring of blood donation adverse reaction by intensifying plul icizing and education,widespeading knowledge about blood donation,doing well in psychology nursing,improving environment in blood donation Collecting,etc.关键词
