Abstract
The circulation of farmland is another innovation after the reform of the household contract responsibility system in 1978. It has come into being in many provinces without uniform modality. But at the same time, there are many issues due to the lack of guidance by government, such as inaccessible circulation irdormation, disorder in the form of land circulation and no guarantee for farmers' rights. With the development of land circulation market, preliminarily formed land circulation agency provides a new way to solve these issues. This paper introduces the mechanism of how the land circulation agency is formed and its status quo. At last it gives several suggestions for the practices of the rural land transfer agency according to the restrictive factors.关键词
