Design of Multi-output Composite Power Supplyfor Double Grid Air Counter
摘要
Abstract
By the working principle of Double Grid Air Counter (DGAC)employed in detecting exoelectron emission, we put forward the design specifications of the power supply. The article goes on with the further design of each part of the multi-output power supply circuit. The high-voltage-output circuit is a single-ended reverse exciting switching power supply and the middle-voltage-output circuit a push-pull switching power supply under closed-loop ntrol and low-voltage-output circuit realized with integrated power circuit. To design different kinds of switching transformer, different methods are analyzed in detail. In middle-voltage-output circuit, the following functions can be realized with TL494 :(1) push-pull output mode, (2) PWM control, (3) soft start, (4) over-current protection. Experiments indicate that the multi-output power supply, which adopts technology of PWM, not only satisfies the electrical requirements of DGAC, but also gets a high efficiency, realizes the miniaturization and has a rather long life duration.关键词
