Study of Key Factors for the Proliferation of Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells and Their Signal Transduction
摘要
Abstract
Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are a kind of somatic stem cells. Many physical and chemical factors, such as extracellular matrix, cytokine and mechanical stimulation, play an important role in the proliferation of the cells through various signal transduction pathways. Meanwhile, it often presents cross-talking and interaction among those pathways. This paper focused on the review of the progress of the extracellular matrix, cytokine and mechanical stimulation on the proliferation of MSCs and their signal transduction.关键词
