摘要

Abstract

Based on the contour characteristics of parts machined byaxe-type FMS,the principles of image recognition and the principles of image formation in geometry optics,this paper presents an image correlative recognition method that the ratio of any two dimensions of the object on the same plane is equal to that of the two dimensions in its image formation.It also illustrates the “variational templet" method with good dynamic and real-time characteristics to implement the detection of part contour and values in FMS.In this way,accuracy,stability and reliability of part image recognition are improved in the processing of FMS system.
