摘要
Abstract
This paper describes three architectures,a superscalar architecture and two single-chip multiprocessor (SCMP) architectures,for the design of a chip whose size is about 300mm２.The results of simulation show that the SCMP architecture has better performance than that of the superscalar architecture and is more effective to parallelism exploitation.关键词
