胃镜治疗上消化道异物81例分析

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experience of gastroscope treatment for superior alimentary canal foreign bodies.Methods:In 81 cases with superior alimentary canal foreign bodies,we took out or jostled foreign bodies with OlympusGIF -XQ230 gastroscope and other assistant appliance.Result:In 81 patients,78 cases wree successfully to be taken out the foreign bodies with no bleeding and no perforation and near organ hurt.The success rate is 96.2%.3 cases failed and had surgery treatment.Conclusion:Endoscopic treatment for superior alimentary canal foreign bodies is a safe,simple and economical method.It's advantage also includes high success rate and little pain and hurt,etc.关键词
