Bioactivity of Organic and Organometallic Substituted Polyoxometalates
摘要
Abstract
A number of organotin, cyclopentadienyltitanium, cyclopentadienylzirconium andorganophosphoryl substituted polyoxometalates are reported in relation of their antitumor activity a-gainst SSMC-7721 and Hela human tumor ceils. The cyclopentadienyltitanium polyoxometalatesshowed higher activity than other compounds with the same polyanions. CoW11CpTi was found tohave higher antitumor activity and low toxicity as showed in vivo tests. It is also observed that the or-der of the antitumor activity of complexes is in relation with the order of the redox behavior of thepolyanions.关键词
